home Philip George Popowici has experienced 25 successful years of producing sales in the home décor field. Throughout his career Mr. Popowici has developed an expertise in bringing together decorative elements into one cohesive, profitable statement.

As Vice President of Westlake Furniture Company Mr. Popowici designed a $6 million line of traditional & contemporary custom upholstered furniture and accent pieces for interior designers and mid to high end furniture retailers such as Walter E. Smithe. His responsibilities also included marketing, customer service, sales training, showroom & tradeshow designs.

Prior to Westlake lighting and decorative accessories was the design focus for Harris Marcus Home. As director of Product development Mr. Popowici traveled China extensively designing stylish products working with materials such as wood, metal, glass, marble, resin and fabric.

Five years were spent with Franklin Home a leader in the wall décor market as Vice President Creative. As a leader in the industry Franklin set the tone for innovative framed artwork, mirror and accessory designs. Collaborating with publishers, artists and photographers created a unique product line with $8 million in sales. Design married with marketing and staging created dynamic showroom presentations drawing buyers from companies that include Crate & Barrel & Dania.

Enesco Corporation with $550 million in sales was served by eight years designing domestic and international showrooms drawing buyers from around the world. Several years were spent as Art Director launching a new division of collectable home décor accessories working with renowned artists such as Warren Kimble.

Christmas and decorative accessories was the focus for four years at Silvestri Corporation. Staging, marketing, design and sales were combined to grow the company to from $40 million to over $100 million a year in sales.

Before Silvestri, Mr.Popowici spent two years with Boris Kroll Fabrics an innovative leader in the manufacturing of contract and residential fabrics. Developing presentations for interior designers and architects created profitable sales growth and market exposure.

Periodically, Mr.Popowici has consulted with Revere Mills, a kitchen & bath towel manufacturer creating dynamic showroom presentations in their corporate New York showroom. An internet program featuring exclusive holiday décor was developed to showcase collectables from Enesco. Guest lecturing at collectable conventions over the course of several years featured Precious Moments and other popular collectables.

Mr. Popowici now brings a well rounded career in designing and selling home décor products to the real estate market. A degree in interior design and an extensive knowledge in home décor styles will create a synergy to successfully stage any property to maximize profits and give a space irresistible appeal.
